THE DIRECT ANSWER

Kanto Tactics saves progress automatically in your browser. The Guide’s Save to the cloud option carries it through your Einoow account to other devices. Keep the original browser data until you confirm your intended progress on the destination.

A browser save and an account save are different. Opening the same game address on another phone does not move local browser storage. Make the transfer while the browser containing your current progress is still available.

What automatic saving covers

The developer’s Guide says progress saves in the current browser. It warns that clearing site data or using incognito can lose that progress. Returning to the same regular browser profile and game location is the starting point for finding a local save.

A second browser, private window or different device is a different storage context. An empty game there does not, by itself, prove that the original browser’s save has disappeared. First check the device and profile you used for the run.

Avoid clearing cookies and site data as a first troubleshooting step. That can remove the very progress you are trying to find. If the game page is temporarily unreachable, preserve the original data while you check access.

A careful cross-device transfer checklist

  1. Open the developer’s game in the browser that has the progress you want.
  2. Confirm that the displayed run or progress is the one you intend to keep.
  3. Use Save to the cloud with your Einoow account and follow the game’s account prompts.
  4. Open the developer’s game on the destination device using that same account.
  5. Confirm the expected progress there before clearing, replacing or resetting the original browser.

The cloud feature is the developer’s documented transfer path. The checks around it are precautions to avoid losing the only known copy; they are not a promise that every browser or conflict situation has been tested by this wiki.

If either device presents a choice between different saves, compare the progress shown before accepting it. Do not overwrite a known current save just to remove a prompt.

What to check if progress appears missing

Return to the original regular browser profile, device and official game address. Check whether you previously played in a private window or cleared site data. Those details distinguish a separate browser context from data that has actually been removed.

If you used the cloud option, check that the account on the destination is the same one used for that save. Keep any device still displaying the desired progress intact. The cited Guide describes saving and transfer, but does not promise recovery of a deleted local save that was never stored in the cloud.

For help, record the mode, device, browser and what the game currently shows. Use the developer’s support routes from their site. Do not share an account password, authentication code or raw browser-storage contents in a public post.

A friend-room link does not transfer a save

A room code or invitation joins friends to a PvP room. It is not a backup of your local campaign progress. The room can be used without an account, while cloud transfer uses an Einoow account.

Read the friend-room guide if you are trying to join a group, or the mobile controls guide if you have already transferred progress and need touch controls. If your problem is specifically the online queue, use PvP entry troubleshooting rather than deleting saved data.

Quick questions

Does Kanto Tactics save automatically?

Yes, the Guide says progress saves automatically in the current browser.

Can I transfer progress to another phone?

The documented route is Save to the cloud through your Einoow account. Verify the intended progress on the destination before clearing the original.

Will a room code restore my campaign?

No. A friend-room invitation is for entering a PvP room, not transferring campaign progress.
